got this for a gag gift to go with a book about making stuff with duct tape. come on who doesn't love duct tape! it does everything!

As everyone knows, duct tape is the most powerful and useful substance known to man. Not only is this the cheapest duct tape around, it's also the best. It's not just sticky, it's magical. Duct tape has been used by man since the dawn of time to hold things together, to stick things to walls, to hold heavy objects up, and to hold captives down. Little-know fact: the Fruit in the Garden of Eden was actually duct tape, and picking from the duct tape tree was undoubtedly mankind's finest decision (think about it, we make a lot of stupid decisions, as a race). God only rested on the seventh day because his roll of duct tape was out and he needed to run to the hardware store for a new one. Yeah, that's right, the universe is held together by Scotch Multi-Use duct tape. Multi-use, now that's what I'm talking about. but God used the 45-yard roll. Buy this one, it never goes empty, bread-and-fishes style. This duct tape also taught me these Biblical references. So buy magic duct tape, and your life will forever be beautiful. Also shiny silver.

I highly recommend going with the name brand duct-tape, this is a generic; even if it IS made by 3m. The strength is nowhere near that of duct-tape and its ability to stick to stuff while cold is very poor. This stuff hardly has any threads going through it to improve strength. ALSO, this stuff is NOT light-proof, it will shine right through!

"Hari often"
Extremely poor one. I bought this, took it with me for camping without testing it. This doesn't stick... comes off without even pulling at it... I had to throw it away. Don't buy.

This is good industrial tape for use holding things in their proper place or for temporary fix-it situations. I have not read the famous book about uses for this tape, but perhaps you could find something really useful there.
Please do not be childish with this tape. Tape is not a fahion statement. It is a tool. Do not put on your clothes and go to school. Do not put all over your backpack, unless your backpack is falling apart and you cannot afford a new backpack. Then you may fix with duct tape. Do not apply duct tape to a backpack in good condition.
I approve of duct tape. You should too.
