This was a hard to find item, but Amazon had it in stock. The 929140's now seem to be better made than the originals. My drill works like new.

I bought a set (scewdriver and flashlight) about 15 years ago. The screwdriver stopped working and the batteries stopped charging up. I kept the flaslight hoping I could do something with it. I found these batteries and a charger. I did just what they said not to, I tried to charge the old battery and it killed the charger. I bought 2 more chargers and everything is great. The flashlight works great and keeps a charge for a long time. I just rotate the batteried through for a periodic charge.

Was very excited to find these batteries !!! They arrived very quick. After buying the batteries and a charger my drill did not work. I had to return because I could not use them.

These batteries works great charging and supplying power but they do not fit with a solid "click" when inserted in the device.
