The 3M 2071 P95 Particulate Filters are NIOSH approved for protection against solid and liquid particles - including those that contain oil.

3M 2071 P95 respirators filters are NIOSH certified to have filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against  oil and non-oil based particulates.

The 3M 2071 respirator filter can be used only with 3M respirators, including the 3M 6000 and 7000 series facepieces. The filter simply snaps directly onto the mask and may also be used in combination with a 3M respirator cartridge when used with a 3M 502 adapter. 

When properly fitted, use in a variety of applications including welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with full facepieces.

Includes two (2) 3M 2071 respirator filters per/package.

Recommended for welding, brazing, soldering, torch cutting, welding, sawing, as well as grinding, sanding, sweeping, bagging and other dusty/hot operations.

Use with 3M Respirators 5000 series or cartridge 6000 series with 3M adapter 502, 3m facepieces 6000 series, or 3M facepieces 700 series with bayonet filter holders.

Has at least a 95% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols including oil.
