We've been using these clips since they came on the marketplace. They are wonderfully handy, particularly in the kitchen. They work best on hard, smooth surfaces - we have them on the inside of the kitchen cabinets for towels. They are easily removable and do not leave any marks, which is perfect for expensive cabinetry.
As mentioned by another reviewer, they are difficult to find, which seems odd because they seem to be the only removable stick-on clip on the market. Command also makes a big one that works for wreaths on the front door - but you need to read the package because the glue strips enclosed work in a limited temperature range. 3M will send you strips that work in a greater range of cold (they sent me mine for free).
My last comment is that the clip breaks after repeated use - the ones most frequently used seem to last a yearr; once they break they have to be replaced. It would be nice if they weren't so disposable; the planet would be appreciative.
Irrespective, we'd rate them as HIGHLY recommended.

I bought one of these clips at a local hardware store, and used it to keep my rubber gloves on the inside of the cabinet door under the sink. I tried to find more, because I wanted to be able to clip dishcloths and such, inside cabinets. Couldn't find them anywhere. Finally found them on Amazon, and ordered a dozen, so I'll never run out! I'm 70, so they should last the rest of my lifetime. You can use these anywhere because they are removable. I like them better than hooks for many items. Viva 3M!

I am a huge 3M fan. Their products are typically the best you can get. This spring clip is unique and it comes in very handy. I used two of them in the shower within my RV to secure the shower curtain when using the shower. It keeps the shower curtain in place, avoiding leaks and water spraying around the ends of the curtains. I wore out my original clips after 6 years and immediately replaced them with ones I was able to source through Amazon.com. They are hard to find at your local retailer. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is they are expensive for what they are . . . a little plastic and spring metal.

I am a teacher and these are perfect for displaying student work without damage. Before, trying to hand posters was impossible on concrete block walls--the next day, you could come in and find everything on the floor even when using duck tape! These are easy to use, neat, and no more tearing a bit of John/Suzie's masterpiece. Like others, these are impossible to find in stores--a local store had a closeout and I scooped them all up. It is nice to see that Amazon is my new source!

I bought these clips to hold dishwashing gloves on the under-sink cabinet door. They work well for that, but the hinge doesn't open very wide, so you couldn't use them for anything very thick. That being said, the clip is strong, so i don't worry about anything slipping out. I just wish they would hold larger items as well.
