Outside is great, inside is notOct 06, 2008
By P. O'Brien I was pleased with the construction of the exterior of the case but the inside was disappointing. It has thin plastic compartments and does not fit the tool well at all. I use my tools on a daily basis and this will not stand up to on site conditions. I will probably have to alter the inside within 6 - 9 months.

are they kiddingAug 02, 2010
By stu ross I received this case as a gift otherwise I would have returned it right away. It is trying to extend the essence of the tool itself which I found to be a wonderful addition to my workshop . This case is over designed and under engineneered. The section which holds the tool itself is made out of flimsy plastic with empty space beneath it. Egg cartons have more support and will last longer. There are two little boxes to hold all your accessories which are just that. No spacers no dividers no way to organize the blades just a little plastic box with a lid. When I have to spend $30 on a blade I don't want it banged up getting it to the job. All in all do not waste your money on this. Get a shoebox and put the tool in that. At least when you have to replace it you won"t feel cheated.

Worth The CostJan 29, 2011
By Ronz I nearly convinced myself the $56 w/shipping cost was too much luxury, but I'm glad I splurged! I find the soft case mfg's include, miss the mark when it comes to tool protection and organization. The Fein hard plastic case, while not indestructible, does a good job cradling the tool (with blade attached!!) and provides good accessory storage, all in a relatively small footprint.

Great case for a great toolJan 14, 2010
By R. Holt This case is awesome I only wish I had purchased it with the tool in the first place.
Inside: The molded tool holder is roomy and easily holds the multimaster and cord. I don't think it is flimsy as some reviews I've read state. The case also has two accessory compartments with lids as well as an open storage bin. There is even a pouch inside the lid for the manual and paperwork.
Outside: Nice latches and the handle folds down flat making the case stackable.

Not the best case for MFT, cheaply made insideDec 24, 2010
By Remodeling in SoCal The Bosch PS50 case included with their tool is much better. That case is not an extra cost. Fein is way out of line charging this much for ,granted a good plastic outer shell but blown mold ,very cheap internal design. This is the thin plastic that is typically tossed in the trash , used as packaging for a product , not intended to be used as storage. That is why one would buy such a case ,for a well throughout design to organize neatly and thoughtfully all the accessories and blades. Where is the fine German engineering? The Bosch does that at no additional cost, without any cheap plastic. They even imprint an image of the specific parts locations to aid in storage efficiency, I really like that feature. Fein does no such thing. So, no ,this is clearly not the best case. Not even close. No way this is worth $50 and up. May better options available, such as a camera case made to be customized. Just look at what $50-60 will buy in a tool case. The Fein tool is already overpriced and this is adds insult to ones intelligence to think this is worth the cost except those that are just blindly brand loyal. They used to have a very good , quality METAL case but not any longer available.
