What can I say, the filter worked well in my Costco-purchased Eureka Model 2999 . I thought the vacuum wasn't suctioning as well and so I replaced the v-belt, cleaned all the places around that belt, and replaced both this hepa filter and the foam filter. I thought I might need to get a new vacuum but after all these steps the vacuum is running like new again.

When I ordered the hepa filter at the specified price, I thought I would be receiving a foreign knock-off. I was amazed that I received a 3-M factory original replacement at 20% of the regular price. That's an 80% discount! Even with the $5.00 shipping charge, I saved 30%. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the timely manner in which it was delivered.

I guess this is one of those products that you really don't notice until something goes wrong. Fits in my Eureka and I haven't had any problems or weird smells. Seems to be doing its job.
Great replacement filterMay 20, 2012

This filter performs just like the OEM filter at a much more manageable price.
Be sure to replace every 3-6 months to maintain your vacuum's performance and longevity. These filters catch particles so minute that they clog very thoroughly. This causes poor suction and problems due to drastically increased heat.
