Better than expectedFeb 14, 2008

This product exceeded my expectations for the price. Other reviews have mentioned poor quality of finish but the product must have been improved because I see no issues at all with the fit or finish

Simple and well made.... I use them often!Dec 09, 2010
By Gary L. Iverson, Sr. This is a small simple bench dog. Want something fancy? This isn't it.
Want something hard to hurt, well made, and easy to use? This is it.
No plastic crap here! These are inexpensive enough to "modify" to meet any specific need you may have for a larger flat surfact to pull against.... you certainly will NOT break this 3/4" solid steel shaft. I use them nearly daily and will buy them again if needed. The top plate is solid 1/4" steel so you can drill & tap it to attach wood block or more steel to enlarge as needed.

Nothing bad to say about the product. Once I get a wood vice, I'll get to use them. See my review for the vice issue.
