Cheap!Mar 03, 2008

Despite the name, Penn. State Industries, all of their products are made in China (Taiwan, which, at least, is better than mainland China). If you can not work off of a one page exploded view forget this item as no instrations are provided. Sent scads of carriage bolts but the lower bars are drilled round. Had to buy my own lumber for the deck and middle tray as well as additional hardware to get it to work. I would avoid this item!

OK for the priceMar 10, 2008
By L. Schenck I needed a stand for my Delta midi lathe and this one fit the bill. Assembly is straight forward so an 'exploded' view diagram is more than sufficient. All the pieces were there and everything fit well. It is sturdy enough for a midi lathe but a couple of sand bags on the lower support will firm things up a little. Note that the stand is delivered as pictured - With out shelves, drawers, mounting hardware, etc. I'm not sure why the previous reviewer would expect otherwise but I wish him luck finding a comparable stand with those features included for the price.

By Michael O. Wagoner works great after I got it together. The product needs better instructions or numbers stamped to the different pieces
