Excellent value.Feb 08, 2008
By DB in CA This is a very nicely made imitation of the Sorby Steb Center. I also own the larger 1" version, which I recommend as well.

Nice center, nice priceSep 25, 2007

Works great. Much better grip than the stock 4 prong drive center that came with my lathe. The retractable point is a nice touch. Works great on my Jet Mini lathe. I also bought and like the 1" model of this drive center.

JunkAug 31, 2011
By woodguy Save your money and buy a good one(65-75 dollars). Pin came out after one days use. I reinstalled the drive pin and about an hour later the pin stuck inside the center and won't come out. Good tools are worth the extra cost.
