Although I am a Machinist I have not used this grinder yet but have mounted it to a stand and have turned it on. Runs very quiet and smooth and strong.I'm sure this will be a versatile tool that will give me years of service.Only thing I wish it came with is a light but I mounted a Led light to it that I got at Lowes (about $15.00) which solves that problem. I would definitely recommend this grinder.

We bought this grinder for the vacuum dust bag attachment, but we never really got to try that. The grinding wheels were too hard to use with small objects....the guards simply got in the way. We ended up returning this grinder
