4Good quality at a fair priceFeb 20, 2005
By Scott Pointon "Former Marine, Librarian, Woodworker, Homebrewer"
For years I have been using these P-C biscuits for building tabletops and panels in various furniture projects. Since I work with alot of 3/4" - 5/4" wood, I use these #20 biscuits more than the smaller #10 and #00.

I have not had any significant amount of "bad" biscuits from Porter-Cable. There is an occasional thick one - meaning it either didn't get compressed as it should have or it swelled from moisture - but these are few and far between.

Basically, I have had nothing but good luck with these so I highly recommend them!

5Best biscuits for the moneySep 30, 2001
By J. Paul Paris "Pauliep"
If you want to use biscuits that are uniform and will work everytime, then get these. Porter Cable biscuits are, in my opinion, the best made. They do not swell prematurely, thereby preventing you from getting your project together. Nor do they come out of the box in a variety of non-uniform thicknesses. Each biscuit is within strict tolerances of the next biscuit. I have used the Lemello biscuits and have found that they are not as uniform or well made as those by Porter Cable. Additionally, I have used biscuits from Lowes and Home Depot (Wolfcraft?) and have found that those, too, are not uniform to the same tolerances as the Porter Cable biscuits.

5GREAT BUY!Jan 21, 2003

I purchased this box of 1,000 biscuits which came in 4 bags. I used to buy them at Home Depot and Lowes in the clear cylinder. This 1,000 pack is a much better buy and I don't have to be as conservative with them. This pack has lasted me a long time and prove to provide the strongest joint. I read in the reviews that someone wasn't satisfied about the quality of the biscuits, so I inspected them for defects and didn't find any. I am certain that these are the best buy for cost effectiveness and quality.

5Good Biscuits, Good PriceApr 16, 2009

I work for a pro cabinet shop. These biscuits are just as good as others we've used, and better than many, as far as consistent size and quality. They cost about half what we were paying for another high quality brand.
