When I first started turning,I sharpened my tools by hand. Once I started using this tool, decreased my sharpening time. I also don't know how I ever made it with out it.

Not much to say other than it works as advertised. Didn't spend the money for the wolverine jig, just the vari-grind with my home made jig. Works perfectly.

I purchased a Wolverine Vari Grind Attachment about a month ago and it works great. I've been able to keep my turning chisels sharp and ground correctly. I've also sharpened my kitchen knives, and my old pocket knife. The jig is very easy to set up and use and it gives perfect results repeatedly. No special skills are required. I think if you are considering purchasing a lathe, you should also purchase this jig and a good bench grinder to go with it. Excellent tool.

I wanted to get into wood turning but my initial results weren't what I had expected. I was frustrated with trying to sharpen my tools and after some research I found the Oneway Wolverine system. I really didn't want to spend the money, but what a difference it made with my wood turning. I now was able to put and keep sharp edges on my tools with very little effort. It's hard to describe how much more fun it is to turn with truly sharp tools! I'm certainly glad I got it!
